  1. How do I become a member of the T.I.S. College Bookstore Rewards Card program?

    You can sign up at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore (Bloomington, IN, Champaign, IL or Muncie, IN) or online at www.tisbook.com/rewards/.

  2. Does it cost anything to become a member?

    No. The T.I.S. College Bookstore Rewards Card program is FREE!

  3. Can I enroll online?

    Yes. Go to www.tisbook.com/rewards/ to sign up for your membership online.

  4. Does my Rewards Card expire?

    No.

  5. How do I change my contact information?

    Sign in to your account and go to Update Account to change your information or you can update your information at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore by visiting the Customer Service counter.

  6. How do I cancel my membership?

    If you want to cancel your membership, please contact Members Services at rewards at tisbook.com or you can cancel your membership at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore by visiting the Customer Service counter. If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any unused Rewards Points.

  7. Will my membership information be shared with other companies?

    No. We will not share your information with other companies.

  8. When can I begin to accumulate Rewards Points?

    You can begin to earn Rewards Points once you have a T.I.S. College Bookstore Rewards Card. Once you have your card, present it to the cashier at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore at the beginning of your sales transaction. If you are shopping online, enter your Rewards Card number and e-mail address in the appropriate boxes on the Review Order page and verify your Rewards card before you submit your credit card. You cannot earn points for purchases made prior to June 1, 2005.

  9. Can I earn Rewards Points if I buy something at www.tisbook.com?

    Yes, you can earn Rewards Points for your eligible purchases at www.tisbook.com. Please remember to enter your Rewards Card number and e-mail address in the appropriate boxes on the Review Order page and verify your Rewards card before you submit your credit card. You cannot earn points for purchases made prior to June 1, 2005.

  10. How do I get Rewards Points?

    For every dollar you spend, you earn one point on eligible purchases at participating T.I.S. College Bookstores or online at www.tisbook.com. Simply present your Rewards Card to the cashier at the beginning of your sales transaction at participating T.I.S. College Bookstores. Or, if you are shopping online, enter your Rewards Card number and e-mail address in the appropriate boxes on the Review Order page and verify your Rewards card before you submit your credit card. You can earn additional points through special Rewards Card member only offers and promotions. You cannot earn points for purchases made prior to June 1, 2005.

  11. How do I keep track of my Rewards Points?

    Sign in to your account and click on View History to check your Rewards Points and account activity or you can check your account status, points, etc. at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore by visiting the Customer Service counter. If you have questions about your Rewards Points or membership, please contact Member Services at rewards at tisbook.com.

  12. What's the difference between pending and posted Rewards Points?

    Pending Rewards Points have been allocated on recent eligible purchases but are not posted until they have been validated. Rewards Points will post to your account the following business day unless your purchase was made during the first week of class. Points earned the week prior to and during the first week of class will not post to your account until after the final day for full textbook refunds for each semester.

  13. Why can't I view my most recent transaction(s)?

    Pending Rewards Points will take one business day to post unless your purchase was made during the first week of class. Rewards Points earned during the first week of class will not post to your account until after the final day for full textbook refunds for each semester. If your Rewards Points do not appear after seven business days, please contact Member Services at rewards at tisbook.com or visit the Customer Service counter at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore.

  14. What do I do if I think there is an error in my Rewards Points?

    Please contact Member Services at rewards at tisbook.com or visit the Customer Service counter at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore.

  15. Do my Rewards Points expire?

    Rewards Points do not expire unless you cancel your Rewards Card membership. If you cancel your membership, you will forfeit the points in your account at that time. If your account is closed for any reason and your membership is terminated, you will forfeit all points.

    Effective August 1, 2008, points earned on your T.I.S. Rewards Card will expire after twelve (12) months of account inactivity. Purchases and/or Rewards point redemptions will keep your account in active status. Buyback transactions are not included since no points or point activity occur.

  16. What happens to my Rewards Points when I return an item?

    The Rewards Points you earned from that item(s) for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

  17. Can my family or friends use my Rewards Card so I'll earn extra Rewards Points on their purchases?

    Memberships are not transferable and are only valid for use by the person whose name is given when you sign up.

  18. What if I forgot to show my card when I made a purchase?

    You will need to bring your receipt to the Customer Service counter at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore and we will be happy to add the points you earned from your purchase to your account.

  19. Where can I find my Rewards Card number?

    Your 11-digit membership ID number is located on the back of your T.I.S. College Bookstore Rewards Card (also on the back of your key ring card).

  20. What should I do if I have lost my card?

    Even though we cannot replace your Rewards Card, you can still get all the points you have earned. You will be given a new card and your accumulated points will be transferred over to your new account number. Please see a cashier at the Customer Service counter at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore for assistance. Or, you may contact Member Services at rewards at tisbook.com to get a new account number and have your accumulated points transferred over.

  21. How do I redeem my Rewards Points?

    You may redeem your Rewards Points at any participating T.I.S. College Bookstore by visiting the Customer Service counter with your Rewards Card.

  22. What do I do if I lose my Rewards Points certificate?

    We are sorry but lost, stolen or expired Rewards Point certificates cannot be replaced.

  23. Can I redeem my Rewards Point certificates by e-mail?

    Rewards points certificates can only be redeemed in-store at this time.
